In relation to mortgage fees, there may be arrangement, product, valuation or application fees tied to your new product. We also may charge a broker fee depending on the type of transaction. In every case we will lay any fees out in full for you before application, and there is no obligation to proceed beyond our initial conversations if you don't want to!

There may also be legal fees due to the conveyancer/solicitors, but sometimes lenders offer free legal services. You can often choose whether you would prefer a paid legal service (often quicker with better service) or a free one (which may add a week or two to the process).
